‘strategic ways’ to achieve your goal!

Life is very
unpredictable as we all know. Today we are enjoying life, the next moment we
might not be able to. Today we might be hanging out with friends, family; the
next moment they would be the ones to carry our soulless body to the grave. So
it is always very important for all of us, that, we utilise the time we get in
our lifetime to the fullest so that we do not have to take the burden of
regrets on our shoulders and leave the world. We should always try to fulfil
our positive wishes into reality with a firm focus on it. We should give our
best to achieve the desired goals. But most of us could not get up to that
mark. Most of us break down before meeting our aims. Most of us get distracted
and it becomes very hard for us to focus on our objectives. Why so?
The process is quite
simple. There is nothing wrong with the external factors. It is you who have to
train your mind to be calm and focused towards your activities. It is you who
have to be very deep rooted with your intentions so that it can motivate you to
bring your dreams into reality. So that it can inspire you to give your best.
So that it can push you every single day a little bit to move you forward.
A series of steps that
helps you to own a happy and satisfied life are quoted below. These simple
steps would surely help you to get out of your confusions and to focus more on
what you want to achieve in life –

Plan:
Planning
is referred to as the activity which helps you to prepare everything in mind
before you actually perform a task. ‘Planning’ is the first and foremost aspect
that you should give importance to. Anything without planning is seriously a
‘mess’. Anything without planning literally ends up bringing innumerable
confusions and chaos. Have you ever given a thought why the captain of a
cricket team makes certain plans with the team members before the game begins?
Why do they make plans such as-which bowler would ball in which phase of the
game or which fielder would be placed where in the field, which batsman would
bat , when, and how? This is because they prepare their best to meet their
desired goal. Or else if they would not have planned earlier there would have
been so much of confusions, mistakes, misunderstandings in the middle of the
game and it would have cost them. So what do we learn from the first step? In
order to avoid the chances of losing the opportunities from your hands, it is
always better to plan first. It is always important to analyse the good and bad
aspects beforehand, it is significant to prepare yourself with the positives
and negatives, prepare yourself with Plan A, Plan B..... and so on and execute
it effectively and efficiently.
This
is the second most important step. Staying focused helps you to aim at a
particular goal or an objective, without giving due importance to any other
distracting factors around. If you stay focused on your aims and objectives, no
person, event, happening or thing can make you weak or stop you from achieving
them. It always pushes you forward to work hard with constant dedication and
determination. There are several ways to make yourself stay focused but the one
which helps you the most is ‘meditation’. This form of intra-personal
communication brings you mental peace, helps you to move away from negativities
and raise your concentration level. So meditate at least for some time everyday
to keep yourself out of all external junks.
People
are jealous by nature. If they see you succeeding, they would always try to
pull you back either by criticising you, taunting you, or discouraging you.
Always try to stay positive, firm and strong so that the negative vibes cannot
control you, so that the discouraging words cannot break you, so that they
cannot create any barrier between you and your goals, so that they cannot
create obstacles in the middle and leave you void.
This
is one of the most important steps for you to function. Keep putting your
effort more and more so as to achieve your goals. Do not lose hope. Completing your
work on time would reward you fruitful. Do not wait for others to complete the
tasks for you. Take the example of an ant. What does it do? When they collect
earth to construct their colony, they fall many a times but never give up. They
keep on trying..trying..and trying. And finally they build up the colonies. You
are the leader of your life so you have to construct your own path. You are
capable enough to gain knowledge, work hard, think smart, and take positive
steps to meet your aims and objectives.
Most
of us have the problem of expecting a lot; let it be from our parents, loved
ones, friends, relatives, situations and so on. But expectations might bring
you negative results too. It is important for you to understand the fact that
sometimes we do not get the things which we wish for. It is the universal
truth. Yes! You can hope for the best but try not to expect in loads. Your work
might not turn up according to the way you want. Do not feel low or break down.
You have a number of chances to continue once again. Practice pushing yourself
or else you will end up doing nothing that would prevent you from meeting your
aims.
This
is the last step that I would conclude with. It is again inter-related to the 4th
point mentioned above. Always think and understand the fact that if you have
tried and performed your best to achieve your goals, then why to regret? You
have nothing to regret. If at any point of time you feel like you will regret
one day then why not start working more from that particular point? Again, even
if you fail, do not regret. Learn from your failures, rectify your mistakes and
keep giving your best. Regret won’t help you to move forward but ‘trying’
would. Try to stand up and run even after your numerous falls.
