We are falling prey to various sorts of tension, stress, anxiety, depression, frustration and many more, as we are growing up in this technologically advanced world. We are not able to decide whether we are happy or sad. We are getting so busy that we do not have time to relax our self. Do you remember?
 Science... English... Geography... Maths
Happy happy School days are the best days
Of our life.

Yes! The unforgettable school days. There are many ways to make you happy. Recollecting your childhood days at school is the special one. Come on! Let us all get back to the nostalgic lane and cherish the innocent moments...
Remember your very first day at school? You entered the classroom and saw many strangers of your age sitting in their respective seats. You were little nervous and experienced a whole new environment. Slowly, you all became good friends. Recollect those moments when you all were waiting for the break time bell to ring and once it rang, all went out to wash hands. When you all were asked to put the handkerchief first and then place the tiffin on it and have the lunch. When you all started sharing your tiffin with one another. When all rushed towards the teachers’ common room to ask for the football to play. When you were absent and the fear you had in you for not getting the application letter the next day with your parent’s signature. When you tried your best to take out the answer of a complex mathematical calculation and cross check the answer with your friends. Recollect those moments when you along with some of your friends kept on checking whether a teacher was on the way to your class.

Recall the times when you were having classes and after first or second hour, suddenly your teacher arrived with a notice of half day, you were in the ninth zenith out of exhilaration. When you did not complete your homework and the subject teacher entered the classroom, go back to the time you had the fear of getting punishment for sure. When you all were excited to know that one of your teachers was absent but got to know someone else was going to take that hour, and all were so sad, complaining to each other. When we got the time to rehearse for the annual function, decorate the classroom for Teacher’s Day with balloons, ribbons, when you were excited on Children’s Day right from the morning. When you tried hard to bring the first trophy in every sport, to your respective house. Go back to the time when you  with your friends made strategies to call one another for help in the examination hall by tapping the ruler on the bench, coughing, etc. How you gave the signal to your friend by showing the question numbers with the help of your fingers to get an answer done.

Get nostalgic about when you celebrated your birthday with the class, distributed chocolates and gave more to your best friend more than anyone secretly. When you were crying and the rest came to console you, when you were happy, all came to be a part of your happiness. When you did something great or achieved any appreciation, how all praised you, encouraged you. Remember the exam time pressure? Remember the tension during the Parents-Teachers meeting? When we all were waiting to have the jhaalmuri, ghotigaram, ice-cream, outside the school campus in the break time. When the boys in the class started whispering with the introduction of the reproduction chapter in the biology class and girls were so shy. When you started liking someone, your way of talking to them changed. Look back to the sadness on your face, when you got to know that your crush had a crush on someone else. Recollect the time when it was raining cats and dogs, it was totally dark outside and lightning; a different kind of excitement filled you up when the light was switched on inside the classroom, when you were thrilled on hearing the rain drops and the smell of the raw earth.

Go back to the times when in the summer vacation, you were asked to redo the exam question papers. When you were so electrified to share your vacation stories to your friends, when you were so excited to see them after the long gap. When you were so busy talking to them in the class and did not hear your teacher calling your name for marking the attendance, when you and your friends requested the teacher to forgive and get the attendance after the scolding from your teacher.

Think back to the last day of your school, when you and your friends were so excited for a new beginning but were very sad at the same time because it was time to say your school and friends a goodbye. Think about the times when you and your friends wrote messages on the shirts and blouses, diaries, shared slam books, and the promises you kept to stay in contact even after leaving the school!!! Such lovely days those were. Such adorable times, where we all were just going smoothly with the flow. That period was really very precious. We were not jealous towards each other, did not have any ego and other negative approaches. We were so happy in small things that happened, found utmost pleasure in sharing food, notes, taught chapters to each other without hesitation and all the good, delighting, thrilling, adorable, sweet and wonderful things we could think of. Life was so simple and a world of innocent faces and activities.
Who is that lucky childhood friend getting a call from you today to relish the childhood memories, to smile, to bring back the playful child in you?
