Essential ingredients for a Healthy Relationship

Image
-Sukanya Singh ‘Love’ is the purest form of sensation. It is very fragile and should be handled with utmost care and responsibility, in order to fulfill the true meaning of it. It is said and believed that the divine being has made someone or the other for each one of us. It has already been decided in the heaven. No one knows how, when and where we would meet each other but it happens or it will happen! It feels heavenly when we are into someone, or get attached to our partners in our life. It is the best feeling in the world that most of you have experienced already! It is the colourful form of joy and happiness and something that puts somebody in a different arena of their lives, away from the general life. The same relationship or the feelings deteriorate when one or the other could not cope with one another. It becomes very hard to take such situations and grief. All that you achieve is sadness, tears, heart ache and insecurities all around. You feel like the one total...

“INTERCASTE MARRIAGE: A BEAUTIFUL DIFFERENCE”

Image
-Sukanya Singh Society is upgrading, people are modernised, new ideas are explored with creative skills, and technological convergence are making people closer day by day and establishing them with wide principles of variant theories. Materialistic developments are at a great pace in today’s world. But the inner engineering of a human mind and their thought processes still needs to improve. I was on the way to college, I heard a lady talking to another lady that “... she is getting married with a Bengali Boy. How will she survive there?” I observed carefully and can make out that their expressions were very much unwanted. It is this small juncture of words of that lady that forced me to research on the ‘intercaste marriages’ for are they really so harmful for the people of the society?  Lord Krishna in the sacred book ‘Gita’ also encourages the intercaste marriages. He says “the practice of caste discrimination is manmade and those who follow it are termed as ‘unmanly’....

MAJOR MISTAKES!

Image
-Sukanya Singh It’s been very long I wanted to talk about the matters of concern of the society. This story solely reflects my personal experience. I am sharing some of them here along with my point of view. ‘Parenthood’ is a huge responsibility. It is not at all easy to perform. Introducing a little one to the world and bringing them up with the basic needs, is not the main aspect but how you raise them is something to be given importance to. Are you performing your duties towards your children correctly? Are you making them grow with a peaceful and creative mind?  The first kind of problem which I want to share is ‘The fight between parents in front of their children’. This is a very important topic on which the parents should give importance to. I remember clearly a small girl from Guwahati, poured out,” My mom and dad use to quarrel always. The situation gets worse when he beats up my mom. I am afraid of him. I fear speaking to him.” Such incidents put a very negati...

Don't they deserve?

Image
-Sukanya Singh Sometimes, we meet certain people in our life, who sacrifice most of their time and energy for us. They are not our family, relatives or friends. These are those individuals, who do almost everything for us, like our family members. Sometimes, we do not grow with our parents and siblings or relatives and friends only, but also with ‘them’, who plays a very important role in our lives, by extending their helping hands towards us. Most of our families have them. We take help from them for every single little aspect, right from washing the utensils to washing the clothes, cars, cleaning the house, gardening, cooking, ironing, marketing and many more. The ones about who are we talking about are generally termed as ‘servant’.  Most of us have already experienced that these helping souls play numerous roles to satisfy and fulfill our needs. We are very lucky that we stay with our parents, siblings together. But these are those poor fellows who for the sake of e...

Searching for the door?

Image
-Sukanya Singh The early days were raw and beautiful as well, even if the technology was missing. The early days were very simple. People had no any complexities in comparison to today’s members of the society. The world was green. Bird chirping was louder than human voice, fresh river water could be found, fresh air could be inhaled, people were real without fake masks, they maintained some form of decency, disciplined life, respected and valued mother earth, helped each other, appreciated one another and most importantly they carried the legacy of reviving the humanity in every prospect Coming to the 21st century, human voice is reducing the nature’s voice. The rivers are big huge drains now days, polluted air, polluted soil, one’s real face and soul could not be identified as they are hidden behind the fake masks, absence of decency, not at all disciplined, hurry, rush, helping each other is very far, time for one self is difficult, appreciations are absent, jealousness ...

Whom should you 'compete' with?

Image
Whom should you compete with?     -Sukanya Singh What is ‘competition’? It is a situation where one tries to be more successful than the rest and win in whatever and wherever they participate or engage. A competition is very necessary to boost, encourage, motivate, and determine oneself along with others. The world without this situation would not have been able to call in developments or the changes in each and every aspect present on the planet. Do you think people are defining the term ‘competition’ in a genuine way these days? In the name of competition, do you think people are bringing in changes which are helpful to them and the society? ‘To compete’ is human nature. Let us see certain situations which people created in the society in the name of competition. Trust me, these are really very funny!!! Hahaha... ·          Now a days we see if someone buy a new car, there are some people in the society who try to beat t...
